Antonio Fernandez, the Community Learning Center Institute’s Director of the International Welcome Center at the Roberts Community Learning Center, was a featured speaker at a national conference hosted by the Center for Migration Studies at Xavier University’s Cintas Center. Fernandez spoke about the Immigrant and Refugee Law Center (IRLC), a pro bono legal service center located within Roberts. The IRLC serves families of children at Roberts and other Cincinnati schools as well as the community and is believed to be the such center located within a school building in the country.
