Roberts Academy, a Community Learning Center Institute partner site, has received the Ohio Department of Education Momentum Award for the second consecutive year. The Momentum Award State recognizes schools for exceeding expectations in student growth for the year. Schools must earn straight A’s on all Value-Added measures on the report card and must have at least two Value-Added subgroups of students, which includes gifted, lowest 20% in achievement, and students with disabilities.
Roberts is the only school in the Cincinnati Public School District to have received the Momentum Award. It is among only the top 6% of all schools in the state of Ohio to have earned this distinction.
