December 9,2021 / Roberts Academy and the Academy of World Languages, two of the Community Learning Center Institute’s model sites, were honored to host a visit from Randi Weingarten, the President of the American Federation of Teachers, New York Times writer Michelle Goldberg, and Cincinnati Mayor-elect Aftab Pureval. The focus of their visit was to learn about the ways in which the community learning center model mitigated the impact of the COVID crisis on the students, their families and the school community.
