Our Teams

CLCI employs key site-based personnel and strategically leverages these roles to maximize impact by partnering with hundreds of community organizations across diverse areas of expertise, all based on the vision and needs of each school and community.

Resource Coordinators connect students, families, and communities to the supports and opportunities they need to thrive. Enrichment Managers design, coordinate, and oversee high-quality school-day, afterschool, and summer programming that extends learning, creativity, and engagement beyond the classroom. Welcome Center Directors support families and community members by fostering the stability and well-being essential to student and family success.

The Community Learning Center Institute sites are supported by a lean, strategic administrative team and guided by a dedicated Board of Directors, all committed to advancing innovation in Community Learning Centers. Our intentionally small staff focuses on building capacity, strengthening infrastructure, and supporting high-quality implementation of the Community Learning Center model, ensuring that impact and decision-making remain centered at the school and neighborhood level. Complementing this work, our Board of Directors provides visionary leadership, diverse expertise, and strong stewardship, helping ensure that CLCI remains responsive, resilient, and focused on the success of children, families, and communities.
